Years of bodybuilding:
I started in 1991 with the goal to loose weight, but in 1994, I enjoyed weight training so much, that I started with bodybuilding. So I'm training about thirteen years.

Work out : I'm training at different schools in Den Helder, De Haque and in the neigbourhood of Rotterdam. Because there are living my bodybuilding-brothers.

Other sports: Not anymore. I used to play tabletennis and keeping with handball.

Best muscles: Abdominals and legs including calves.

Working on: A better symmetry, and bigger triceps.

Goals:

• To motivate many athletes to reach their goals
• Tried to score high as possible at the universe 2003
• Once competed at the Ms Olympia, highlight in bodybuilding career
• My second place at the World Championships in Aberdeen 2003

  Describe my personality: Serious - Disciplinarian - Honest - Faithful - Kindly - A joke right on time.

  Favorite junkfood: Mc Donalds junkfood - Italian food like pizza or pasta - Italian ice at Icy prima in Callantsoog (place in the neigbourhood of my place of birth).

  Hobby: Cooking indonesian - Listening at semi-classic music at my restdays - Going to or e-mailing my bodybuilding brothers - Email with my fans.
  
  Religion: Yes, but I think you don't have to go to the church to believe.
  
  My biggest bodybuilding favorite: Andrulla Blanchette
  
  My idea of the perfect vacation: Just stay at a peacefull place near or at the sea or a bush. Where you can listen to the quietness and walk or bike hours around without meeting anybody.
  
  What did you wanted to be when you were a child? I didn't have any idea.
  
  Where do you see yourself in 5 years? I hope to have my own business and competing as a proffesional.
  
  Country or place you have always wanted to visit? No place particular, but I want to see so many places, if possible, in the world.
  
  Last movie you saw in a theater? I don't even remember how long it's has been I've seen one.
  
  Last live concert you attended? About 4 years ago, I think.
  If you could be any animal, what would it be and why? A dolphin. It's very clever and stands for freedom.
  
  What do you hope people remember about you? I really don't know.
  
  Do you have any hidden talents? If I would tell you, they aren't hidden anymore. Ha,ha.
  
  What is your strongest personality trait? Stay yourself no matter what happens.
  
  Biggest challenge you have ever overcome? Once giving a quest-posing on my own.
  
  What makes a person attractive? The kind of charisma what's around the person.
  
  What is the most important characteristic in a person? To give and be forgiven.
